The Birthday Squad of Columbus was founded in May 2026 with a mission to bring joy, celebration, and meaningful birthday experiences to children in need throughout the Columbus community.

Inspired by our sister organization, The Birthday Squad in Buffalo, New York, we operate independently while sharing a common goal of making sure every child feels recognized and celebrated on their birthday. We proudly support and celebrate one another as organizations dedicated to spreading kindness and joy within our communities.

As a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we work alongside local schools, volunteers, donors, and community partners to provide birthday gifts and support to children experiencing financial hardship. While we are starting small, our vision is to continue growing our reach and eventually hosting local birthday celebrations and community events for children across the Columbus area.
