The Birthday Squad of Columbus was founded by a group of friends brought together by a shared passion for helping children and giving back to the community. With different professional backgrounds, talents, and experiences, our board members each bring unique strengths that help support and grow our mission.
Audra Domachowski
I have always enjoyed volunteering locally and giving back to the community, especially through food bank initiatives. In recent conversations with my mother-in-law, she shared how meaningful and rewarding the work of The Birthday Squad has been in the Buffalo area.
Inspired by the joy the organization brings to children and families, I wanted to create something similar in the Columbus community. As a team, we began bringing this vision to life through The Birthday Squad of Columbus.
Founder
Victoria Smith
Victoria Smith has dedicated her legal career to supporting families, strengthening communities, and advocating for meaningful outreach initiatives.
Her passion for helping others extends beyond her professional work, making The Birthday Squad of Columbus a meaningful way to personally give back to the community she cares deeply about.
Vice President
Cassaddie serves as the Community Director, bringing both professional expertise and a deep passion for supporting children. As a social worker with Columbus City Schools, she works directly with students and school communities every day, giving her valuable insight into the needs of local families.
Cassaddie’s strong relationships with school administrators and staff help foster meaningful partnerships, ensuring birthday celebrations reach the children who need them most.
Community DirectorCassaddie Roach
Abigail loves cooking, hosting celebrations, and creating joyful experiences that bring people together. Her passion for celebrating others, combined with her strong organizational skills and attention to detail, makes her a valuable part of The Birthday Squad of Columbus.
Abigail is excited to bring her positive energy, creativity, and celebratory spirit to the organization as it works to create meaningful birthday experiences for children throughout the Columbus community.
Program DirectorAbigail Escudero
Jackie brings years of experience working in food service and local hospitals, where she has developed a strong passion for helping and caring for others within the community. Her background has strengthened her ability to connect with people, work as part of a team, and support those in need with compassion and kindness.
Through The Birthday Squad of Columbus, Jackie is excited to help create joyful and meaningful birthday experiences for children throughout the Columbus area.
SecretaryJackie Abbruzzese
Kristen brings valuable accounting and financial experience to The Birthday Squad of Columbus through her work as a CPA. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and financial knowledge help support the growth and sustainability of the organization as it continues expanding throughout the Columbus community.
Kristen is passionate about using her professional expertise to give back in a meaningful way and help create joyful birthday experiences for children in need.
